Cooking can feel like a chore when days are short, it's non-stop cold and your main motivation is to stay in bed all day.
More than often you're tempted to pick up the phone and order takeaway. But you've ordered fast-food for the past three days.
What if I said I can show you a delicious, quick Winter meal that takes 10 min prep time? Virtually, the same amount of time to choose a takeaway meal call and order.
I call this dish. Beef Pasta bake. (The title of the article probably already gave it away).

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
400g pasta of your choice
300g beef mince
100g chopped ham
400g Creamy Tomato & Mozzarella Pasta Bake Sauce
500g grated cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion
optional:
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped broccoli

Method:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2: Cook your choice of pasta in salted boiling water (follow instructions on the packet).
Optional step: Cook carrot and broccoli on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Oil fry pan on a medium heat. Cook onion until brown.
Step 4: Add mince to fry pan. Cook on medium heat until brown.
Step 5: Combine pasta, optional vegetables, mince, ham and onion with the pasta bake sauce and 300g of grated cheese in an oven safe dish.
Step 6: Sprinkle leftover cheese on top of the pasta bake.
Step 7: Bake for 20 min or until cheese it hot and golden.
