Make pancakes with only 3 ingredients!

Short on time? Like simple recipes? Craving something sweet and healthy? Well this is the recipe for you. These pancakes are the new health craze! The best part? All you need is three ingredients! Read on to find out how you can make these yummy mini pancakes! 



Ingredients: 

1 large banana

2 eggs

Your own preferred choice of cooking oil 

Additional extras:

1 tea spoon of shredded coconut 

1/4 cup of Granola



What To Do:

Step 1: Seperate the egg whites from the egg yolks in seperate bowls. 

Step 2: Whisk the egg whites until they are white and fluffy. (You can use an                  electric mixer to make it quicker). 

Step 3: Mash the banana until it is soft in the same bowl as the egg yolks. 

Step 4: Fold the egg whites into the banana and yolk mixture and keep                        folding it over gently until it is combined. 

Step 5: Spray cooking oil onto a non-stick fry-pan over a low-to-medium                      heat. 

Step 6: Pour the batter using about 1/4 of a cup per pancake. (The smaller                    the pancakes the easier it is to flip. 

Step 7: Cook for about 60 seconds or until golden brown on one side then                  flip until golden brown on both sides. 

Step 8: You are now ready to serve! Sprinkle pancakes with shredded                            coconut and granola on the side to taste.
