Quick and easy Pasta Soup

In Australia you just can't predict the weather. One moment it's a 35 degree day with the sun shinning, next minute thunderstorms, windy weather and rain.

So next time the weather ruins your day, have a go at creating this yummy hearty meal by one of our team members at Mr Rental Newcastle. 

We call this recipe, "Delicious Pasta Soup". 

Ingredients 

(Makes 4 hearty-serves)

1 ½ litres water

2 Tbs vegetable or chicken stock powder

1 Tbs soy sauce

1 cup passata

1-2 cups spaghetti broken into 3cm pieces

3 eggs beaten

Grated parmesan cheese

 What to Do: 

Step 1: Put water, stock powder, soy sauce and passata into saucepan and                    bring to boil.

Step 2: Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.

Step 3: Just before serving, stir through the beaten eggs.

Step 4:  Sprinkle with cheese and serve with toast.
