Dear Valued Customer,

There have been some exciting developments happening behind the scenes at Mr Rental Newcastle, Maitland, Charlestown & Taree.

We are announcing that as of today our Charlestown store is relocating and combining with our Warehouse in Adamstown. Yes, that’s right, we are moving premises so we can offer everything to our customers “under the one roof”! We will miss working out of the shop as we have been there for 10 years!! We do apologise for any inconvenience to our customers that are local to the Charlestown shop.

With this move, we remain absolutely committed to our promises – we will continue to offer the SAME PRODUCTS, SAME PEOPLE and of course the SAME TOP MR RENTAL SERVICE.

So, what does this change mean for you? From our warehouse, the team and showroom will all be conveniently located on the one site, allowing us to provide YOU, our customers, with an even faster, more efficient service.

For those that wish to or need to visit the warehouse to speak with our team directly or just want to pop in to ‘say Hi’, the address is: 15/132 Garden Grove Parade, Adamstown.

For those that want to come in, there are buses that come close to the warehouse. They are Bus Routes 14 (we are then a 5 min walk across the Fernleigh track from here) or Route 28 drops you right on our street. If you’re driving there is some parking out the front or on the road next to the warehouse complex.

To save you coming to us we have our Mobile Reps that will continue to be on the road as normal throughout our coverage areas to help meet our customers’ needs. Just call us if you need them to come out to assist you with anything.
